I'm Oing..right side..thanks for the pain..
We bd'd. He went to work. I went swimming.
Tell me I just didn't do something stupid.
I know after IVF some ladies here aren't supposed to swim..is that just infection related? Did I flushout the spermies?

My understanding is that the spermies swim quickly through the cervix and get where they need to be within a few minutes. Best of luck!

I think you're totally fine 
The reason I wasn't allowed to swin after my ET was because of the risk of infection due to the procedures I had (ER and ET). Since you didn't have any of those, it's not a problem! You didn't blow it!

thanks. I guess my concern wasn't too strong if I went.
I thought that infection was the reason. I just had momentary panic.
Hopefully, we got it right this time. Tomorrow I see the RE at Cornell. Kinda hoping I don't have to use his services.

Please...think about what everyone else does after they O and do it and STILL get pregnant. I've done so many different things from laying there for hours after BDing to immediately doing a full clean on the house or going into a hot tub and sometimes I got pregnant and sometimes I didn't. I have to say, I don't think any of that makes any difference. The only thing I would say is to lay down for at least 10 minutes after BDing to give them a little time to swim...then you go swim!
