Re: HOw do you calculate DPO??

The day you ovulate is O.

DPO = days past ovulation

The day after you ovulate is 1 dpo, the day after that is 2 dpo, etc.

Re: HOw do you calculate DPO??

Do you know how many days your cycles are?

For example:

If you have a 28 day cycle, your O date would probably be anywhere between CD13-CD15 (on average). So say, you ovulate on CD14 and have a 14 day luteal phase, you would count CD15 as 1DPO

Okay I think I know what you mean.

So if my first day of my last peiod was on July 17th and I have a 28 day cycle, then my ovulation date is most likely July 31st and August 10th is 10DPO.

Is this right?

Yup! If you are not temping or using the Ovulation tests, just pay extra close attention to your cycles, and your body, then you should be able to figure out when you are O'ing.
