I found another poem I like online, but would like it to rhyme a bit more. I want to change it a bit, but am having some trouble. Any suggestions? I'd love to give it to DH tomorrow after I get my official beta results!

Hi Daddy,

I'm not with you yet, but want you to know, how much I care, and can't wait to be there.

These nine months will be so fun
Growing big and strong.
Arms and legs and other things I just don't know.

But while I wait, I really wonder what you're all about.
Do I have your eyes? Your mouth? Your laugh?
Will we go to the park and play ball?
Will you teach me letters and things I need to know?

You are needed oh so much to make my life complete.
A daddy's special to his kids and sometimes we just don't show.
A simple smile or a high five makes us feel alive.

Next year, on this day, we will be together
At the park on the swings or reading a book in a chair
One very special pair.

Until then, please remember, I LOVE YOU!
