Re: Morning sickness
I had this! Foruntately, it was only for about 2 weeks. My dr said to eat lots of carbs (a bagel every morning, pastas, bread, etc). I also tried the preggie pops they sell at BRU/BBB. They worked, but only for the time period I actually had them in my mouth. Once they disolved, the sickness came back. Also, make sure you don't over eat or let stomach get empty. Either of them will make MS worse. GL!!

Re: Morning sickness
I ate lots of crackers. I never tried them, but I know some ladies said the preggo pops really helped.
I hope you feel better soon

Re: Morning sickness
Not much worked for me. I found if I mixed a little bit of fruit punch with water to dilute it, that helped a little. Preggie Pops actually made my nausea worse.

Re: Morning sickness
i have all day sickness. i havent actually vomited but i feel sick just about all day for the past 2 1/2 weeks. I wake up and sip on coke while taking a shower, then i force down a bagel with butter as soon as i get to work, and that helps a TON. I have aversions to just about everything so i stick with the bland and try to eat stuff throughout the entire day so my stomach is never empty. Of course laying down and sleeping usually helps, but since that isnt an option for me, i just try to do what my body tells me to do.

Re: Morning sickness
I am eating oyster crackers (mini saltines) and I am just eating a couple every 15 minutes or so and that is keeping it at bay. I also just had some Sprite and I don't think that helped...
