So overwhelmed...

DH and I have "officially" started TTC this month with hopes... not so much high... or low... but they are there.



So in the light of this new undertaking, I have been trying to "research" as much as possible, to avoid possible road blocks, i.e. foods to eat/avoid, supplements to take/avoid, books to read, etc... and needless to say, my head is spinning... as I am sure it is for those who are in the same boat as I am (which, at this point, feels like a dingy that is taking on water).

So, with that said, I was wondering if the ladies in the house would be so kind to share their take on ALL of the research and what they have done along the way to aid in this journey of TTC...

I feel the exact same way DH and I officially started ttc last weekend.

I went for my first doc appt. yesterday and she is running blood tests for anything that might hinder us getting preggers and i go back friday morn for an internal sono to check my ovaries.

i feel the same way as you... its such an overwhelming process.

i just try to know in my head that i WILL get pregnant.. and just get all the information i can from HERE!! it really is the best place!

and the book "taking charge of your fertility"
