Cold and lots of discharge (TMI)
sorry if this is TMI, but I have a cold and have noticed a lot more CM/discharge - is this normal?

yup, totally! CM is just mucus that comes from a mucus membrane (in this case it happens to be your cervix).
when you are sick your mucus membranes creat more mucus both to get rid of the infection and to create a barrier against new infection - but your body doesn't differentiate between mucus membranes, so your cervix is doing the same thing.
