Possible TMI: Is this from a cold
I had a cold about 3 weeks ago and when I blow my nose there is blood in the tissue. I've had this when I have had a cold but only for a few days. My husband has this now as well. What's going on here?

I get this too. It's probably the dry air from the heating system. Try using a humidifier.

thats from dry air..... TMI warning-if its green or yellow that means you have a cold or sinus infection.
I wake up almost every morning with blood in the tissue too. its no big deal. try getting a humidifer.

Do you have a humidifier? Our house gets so dry from the heat and this has helped immensely! It's also made my skin less dry too!
