I bought expecta that DHA supplement to take with my prenatal vitamin I heard it's excellent baby brain food! lol
I haven't been eating things with Omega 3's I love salmon but I just haven't been in the mood, I wanted to give my little baby extra nutrients, anyone else taking it???

yep! I take 2 pills every day.
the key for omega 3's is not only that you consume DHA.... it's also that you make sure you don't eat too much omega 6's.... it's a proper ratio of 6 to 3 that promotes brain health.
most americans consume WAY too much omega 6's..... soybean oil (aka 'vegetable oil')/ corn / sunflower / safflower oil are in almost all processed/pre-packaged foods.
since DH and I cook almost everything we eat from scratch, I made sure I cook with olive and canola oils (fiarly low in omega 6's). We get the majority of omega 6 consumption from helman's mayo (has soybean oil)..... so my ratio is pretty decent....
