Breastfeeding Moms/Expecta
If you took Expecta when pregnant, do you still take it now that you are breastfeeding? How long do you intend to do so?

I don't take Expecta, but I still take my prescription prenatal (which is essentially the same thing). Expecta has added DHA which is naturally oproduced in BM, but always good to have!
