how many days into your cycle do you start POAS for ovulation? is it 10?

It depends on your cycle length. I start around CD 9/10 with my 28 day cycle. There may be directions in the test kit.

The OPKs should have instructions.
If you don't know how long your cycles are, start on CD 10.
