Is there a post about AF levels?
I am trying to figure out if this is my official CD1.

is it spotting or a full flow?
CD1 is the first day of full flow, not spotting

I count CD 1 as any time where you need to use a tampon.

ok, so since I am using a liner, and don't need a tampon, then it is not CD1 . . .
Fertility Friend is making me crazy because I feel like it is a little more than spotting, but not heavy enough for a tampon, so I described it as light. When selected light it reset my graph to CD1.
