Honestly, I can totally see this. When DH goes fishing, I wander the area and love to find little pools of baby fish. I noticed that if I stood still, they would come over and nibble on my toes. Cutest thiing ever.

I had this happen at a pool in Hawaii...cheapest exfoliation out there...eta that it was a pool of these "cleaning fish"

They change the water for each customer and keep it at a warm temperature?
That is just cruel for the fish. Carp are a cold water fish like goldfish and when they change the water I doubt they take the chlorine out of the water, so that just shocks and poisons the fish and eventually they will die. Sorry, I am a fish lover and this is just cruel!
