Ok..I admit it..I'm a freak...
and can't swallow pills! I'm so worried about taking prenatals. My doctor said that they have chewable prenatals...is anyone on them? Do they have all of the folic acid and other stuff that regular prenatals have?

i have trouble swallowing pills also..
so i am taking Prefera-OB.
its the smallest prenatal pill! and its soooooooooo easy to swallow! and never makes me sick!

I am on chewable prenatals, I think they are called select-OB. I can swallow small pills, just not the huge ones like the prenatals. The folic acid pills are really tiny.
ETA- yes they have all the stuff regular prenatal vit. have!

I had no idea that there were chewable prenatal pills. I am going to ask the Dr. about these when i go. It takes me like 10 minutes to swallow huge pills like that. If i have to take theses pills i would rather get chewables

I am unable to swallow pills too. I have DH crush them and put them into apple sauce. I know I probably shouldn't be doing that but it is the only way I am able to take them. We are still in the process of TTC. So when I actually become pregnant I will ask about the chewable pre natals. I am taking the Target brand on and off at the moment.
