Remind Me Again, Please..
What counts as the first day of AF?
The "spotting day" or the "Holy crap, this is heavy day"?
When AF arrives at first, it's 'spotty"..then the next day or 2, she's heavy (Im sorry way TMI).
Which day do you count as day 1?

The first day of full flow counts as CD 1.
For me, if I need to use a tampon then I count that as CD 1.
