Question about Ann Taylor
Last week I bought some clothes at Ann Taylor. Yesterday I got a 20% off coupon. The coupon says it can't be used on previous purchases. Can I take the clothes back return them and then rebuy them with the coupon?
Does anyone have any experience with this?
TIA

Re: Question about Ann Taylor
I haven't tried to have the coupon be applied. But an alternate method would be to rebuy the same clothes using the coupon and then later return the original set. So horrible - I know!
If they don't have your size anymore, then there is no harm in trying to have your coupon applied to your original purchase.
Good luck!!!

Re: Question about Ann Taylor
I would buy everything again and then return like suggested above.
I had something similar happen once with them...I made a purchase say on a Sunday night (online). Literally 2 hours later I got an an email with a coupon. The coupon was valid for the date I made the purchase on (ie, if my purchase was on 7/17, the coupon was valid 7/15/-7/21) but they didn't send the email until the 17th. I tried to fight them on it and they wouldn't budge, Honestly, it really turned me off from them..I understand it's their "policy" but it's not good customer service to be so inflexible, IMO, and they lost my business. So that's why I think you should do it!!
