Mucinex?

Can someone explain the whole Mucinex/Robitussin deal to me? Is one better than the other?

Re: Mucinex?

From what I understand, these products are used to loosen up your CM.

I'm going to try Mucinex this month!

Actually what's funny is that I was sick last month and was taking Dayquil and I noticed that I had a LOT of EWCM - I wonder if they were connected.

You want one that only has Guaifenesin as the active ingredient. For Mucinex, that's the one with NO letters after the name (Not Mucinex DM or whatever).

Interesting...I will look into that for my next cycle maybe. Do you plan to take it each day or just certain days?

I took Robitussin when I got preg with my DD... I had a cold at the time... and I really think that is what helped me get preg.. I didnt hear about the use of it for TTC until a few years later and I was like wowww that makes sense now.. lol

I guess it is worth a try. The funny thing is that we are taking our vacation in august. I will have to go prepared with all my new "stuff"! - OPK, Digital Thermometer, Robitussin, Pre-Seed...haha. We will BD enough that trip anyway...and I think It is supposed to be O - how nice! Chat Icon
