Answer to What Is CD1
Just read this in Taking Charge of Your Fertility -
Page 89 for those of you who want to follow along at home:
Day 1 of the cycle is the first day of red menstrual bleeding. If you have brown or light spotting in the day or two before the flow, it is usually considered part of the previous cycle.
Just wanted to share - as i know this has been talked about this week...
