How can I get my hair like this?

Does anyone watch Denise Richards: It's Complicated?

I absolutely love her hair! How can I get my hair like that?

These are the best pictures I could find... I have pin straight hair that barely holds a curl. Help!

I'm just looking for how to get big loose curls. TIA!

I think if you don't wash for a day or two and then put your hair up in big velcro or steam rollers, you should get that kind of wave/curl. It has to be a little dirty so that there is texture--I have really straight hair too--so hard to get that tousled look.

curling iron with a large diameter. It's actually not too hard, but it takes up alot of time (the way i do it, anyway... because you have to do a small section at a time).

I just blow dry it so that it's completely dry and straight, spray a curling spray on a section, curl, hold, repeat. Chat Icon

(that's for the 2nd pic... not sure about the first).

She does have awesome hair. I wonder if there are any extensions in there.

I have straight hair too, and what I have done to get a little wave-- is stop blow drying my hair.

I let it air dry for a little while I do my makeup, etc.-- my hair dries a little wavy. Then I put a little product in, and put it back in a pony and let it fully dry.

When I take it out-- it looks similar. It doesn't stay as wavy as the day progresses, but I don't use hair spray or anything.

Re: How can I get my hair like this?

You have a professional stylist follow you around and touch you up all day .........

Seriously though, if you have poker straight hair the doesn't hold a curl. this look is going to be difficult to hold once you achieve it. - She also has VERY thick hair and I think it's natually wavy.....
If your hair will allow it, try not washing for a day or two, and use some volumizing product (creams usually work well) roll your hair in velcro rollers as another poster said - when you brush/comb out the rollers you'll probably have to tease it a bit at the root - and you'll need a lot of hairspray -

Good Luck !!
