PLEASE HELP!! I am so swollen that I have
cankles. I can't bend my toes and am having a very hard time typing. I have my legs up but I am completely bloated and swollen...is there anything I can do???

how far long are you??? were you outside a lot today??? have you been drinking enough water and staying hydrated???

I feel your pain. Having the same issues when I am on my feet all day and it's hot. I've been putting my feet up and propping them up on pillows so they are elevated above my heart and that seems to get them back to normal. I've heard ice packs helps too. Feel better.........I know it stinks!!!

i have the same thing. my doctor said it's normal. he also said that raising my feet won't do anything unless i'm in a reclining position--but i don't have a recliner.
he told me to lay slightly on my left side with my feet elevated.
unfortunately that doesn't work for me--nothing does except staying on the couch all day. cutting out salt also didn't help me.
ice packs made them feel better, but didn't make the swelling go away.

Thanks everyone! I've been doing it. No salt, tons of water- oh well, i'll just work through it. Sorry to hear that you guys are having a tough time too.

i would drink a lot of water, i dont think its normal to get so swollen at the begining but i could be wrong.
