SO I had a doctor's appointment today......
and he said I am gaining too much weight. He gave me a diet to do and he said I need to be doing 25 minutes of excercise every day, which I did in the beginning but haven't for awhile.
It is a good thing though, because I have been noticing the weight, and I have big babies anyways......so hopefully this diet works and I can maintain the weight I am at until the last few weeks.

You have such a good attitude about this! I'm be crying for sure. Do you mind saying how much you've gained? How much is too much? I'm going to the Dr. next week and am nervous.

I'm nervous too. I think I remember you being up about the same amount as me as of your last visit and since we're only due a day apart I am scared.

I am 24 weeks and I have gained 25 pounds.

I was looking at your album pics and you look great! You were small to begin with so that kind of weight shouldn't be too disconcerting. I was pretty much were you are and my MD wasn't concerned - said so long as I was still active and feeling good, the number didn't matter.
I hope your diet doesn't deprive you of too many of the treats a pregnant woman deserves!!

Thank you! i am going to follow the diet, but allow myself one treat every week. That way, I have something to look forward to, and I am not totally depriving myself of yummy stuff!

i went to my doctor yesturday and he said "wow..what have you been doing since the last visit...you gained 6lbs. meanwhile when i went home i saw it was only 4  im 28weeks and gained 23lbs..but i started at 105. it annoys me that he makes comments though!! By the way i looked at your pics and you look great!!

If it makes you feel any better, I am 24 weeks, and I went to the doctor tonight. I am up 21 lbs. The dr. said to watch what i'm eating, and just be careful.
I blame it on the mashed potatoes and ice cream I had today.
