Spinoff to: MUST register for
Can you please post which products you registered for and that your baby loves?
For example - I am stuck on a couple of things: Bouncy Seat Swings
TIA

Bibs (espically if you have a big spitter like my Kevin) - Carter's are good
Burpy cloths - Gerber are ok
Changing Table Pad covers
Diaper pail - I like the Diaper Champ because you can use regular trash bags in them
Bouncy Seat- We got the FP Aquarium one. Swing
Pack n Play - Graco...Kevin took naps in there in the beginning & get extra sheets
Diaper bag - LL Bean or Lands End (I forgot which) has nice roomy ones and not too expensive & you can have it monogrammed!
Stretchy blankets to swaddle the baby at night
Avent bottle warmer & bottle sterilizer - I use it everyday
Eurobath bathtub
Carter's clothes - Love them! I don't really like the Gerber clothes. Carter's last longer, fade less and have a nicer feel to them.
Extra bassinet sheets

Re: Spinoff to: MUST register for
Well you should definitely register for both the bouncer and the swing.
As far as what I registered for that the baby loves:
--Wipes warmer
--Baby Einstein Gym (didn't actually register for it but he LOVES it)
--Lots of sleep n'plays
--FP Aquarium (see picture)
If I think of anything else I'll add on. Image Attachment(s):

Re: Spinoff to: MUST register for
Are we talking about specific brands here?
I got all of the Aquarium stuff: bouncer, swing, play mat, and the aquarium itself...Katherine loves it all. We used the bouncy seat from day one and surprisingly, she even enjoyed looking at the aquarium on it from the start. Now, we've taken that part off and just use the seat. We're even having a renaissance with the swing which she didn't favor in the beginning.

Travel swing. I actually returned the other swing after we put it together. FP Aquarium travel swing is what we ended up with. The chair is much more cradle like too.
FP Aquarium Bouncy
Pack n Play is hit or miss for me. She napped in it in the beginning but never very well. I do change her on it sometimes.
Good quality hooded towels not those flimsy 3 in a pack kind. Those are like a paper towel they are so thin.
Bundle Me for winter time has been great
Bjorn is starting to come in handy

Yeah - I was trying to see what brands everyone liked. There are so many to choose from and I am getting very overwhelmed with it. So I figured I would ask the experts

Re: Spinoff to: MUST register for
We have a FP swing, travel swing (at my moms), bouncer, high chair and the crib aquarium, all of which Sarah loved/loves.
In terms of toys I really like Lamaze, FP, and Leapfrog. They seem to be pretty durable and capture her interest well.
Stuff like t-shirts, socks and sleepers (both the cotton and fleece ones) I like Carters. The Children's Place has really good blanket sleepers. Towels I agree with getting the thicker ones, the thin ones are crap. We use Gerber cloth diapers as burp rags and they wash great.
Between us, my parents and ILs we have playpens by Graco, Evenflo and Baby Trend and they all seem the same to me. We've used them as cribs when we visit them and as a basinet in our den when she was small and as a changing table.
HTH!

My son absolutely LOVES the baby einstein gym and the FP Acquarium cradle swing (we have the travel one too, but he doesn't like it at all).

Re: Spinoff to: MUST register for
Stuff that we love:
Evenflo SmartSteps Exersaucer Baby Einstein Playmat FP Acquarium Healthy High Chair Pack n Play (we keep this on the 1st floor) Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper (we keep this in our bedroom) FP Acquarium Cradle Swing Mobile that came with bedding set Sure Comfort Deluxe Newborn-to-Toddler Tub Gerber Childrenswear Wearable Blanket Microwave Steam Sterilizer by ToysRUs.com Cloth diapers are great for burp rags Lots of bibs
Stuff we didn't like:
Wipes Warmer (waste of money for us, took it back to BRU. We just hold the wipes in the palm of our hand to take the chill out)
FP Acquarium Bouncy seat (My son hated it, cried everytime you put him in it. Also took it back to BRU)
