i would guess it means you BD 2 days before O, one day before O, the day of O, and one day after O.

either every other day.. or everday.. i always go by mymonthlycycles.com

some people do this, others prefer to BD every day around O time - and some, like me, did a combo of both

I think I'm the one who always says this, and yes it means exactly that.
Relative to O, we BD -2, -1, O, +1.
meaning BDing 2 days before, one day before, the day of O, and the day after O.
