Couple Questions
OKay what is the deal with mucinex. Is there a specific kind you should take.
Also i will be starting to use my CB OPK on Thursday. I have seen a lot of girls on here saying to test in the afternoon. On the directions it says to test first thing in the am?

The clear blue easy fertility monitor, you should check in the am. For the regular OPK's you buy, you need to use pm urine for.

The CBFM i do use in the am. But the CB Digital OPK's say to test in the am? Thats why i am confused?

my regular OPKs said that too - but i got a much more accurate reading in the afternoon since LH is metabolized in the body during the day.
my guess is that the manufacturers put that on there b/c it's easier to use FMU than to hold your urine for 3-4 hours durig the day.
