New pictures from "the farm"
I got a chance to take some new pics of the chickens today.
Here is Genevieve, she is afraid of the camera so its really hard to get good pics of her
Mimi, the big, shy girl
Olivia(the girl that sleeps on the floor) wondering if those are all empty
Super Sunny scratching in the compost pile
Not the best pic, Penny & Marguerite eating ants
Daphne, the queen of the flock
Jack, the ultimate chicken protector
And of course Mr. Buns
So today our project was to make a pulley system that allows DH to open the chicken door on the coop from our 2nd story bedroom window  because the sun comes up before 5 this time of year & the girls expect to be let out promptly!!!
So we created this Rube Goldberg type system that actually works really well!
