I used it once with no luck. I remember reading somewhere that it really isn't more than a mix of sunscreen and neosporin...

never used scar zone but i heard that mederma works really well i think its a little pricey though.

Mederma works well, but smells like a dirty diaper . I've also used Curad scar therapy (it was ok) & Blaine Scar Care (much better  ). All three were purchased at CVS.

PreVentin-AT Advanced Scar Therapy Vanishing Cream
works the best, over Mederma. I used both recently and this one made them completley disappear. CVS carries.

Mederma works really well and so does Vitamin E.
I've never used Scar Zone.

I've been using mederma for weeks, and it's seems to have hit a plateau..so I tried scar zone...and it's not really doing anything...I'll hit harmon's and cvs and try one of the above mention suggestions....

I've used scar zone, it was just OK. Didn't do much to make the scar seem less visible, but didn't harm it either.
Mederma, on the other hand made the scar extremely red & irritated.
