zone or windsor pilates?
I was thinking of ordering one of these but don't know whick one is better. Has anyone used either of these with successful results? Any feed back good or bad would be appreciated. Thank you

I don't know anything about zone but winsor pilates works!! I did it in the mornings 3 to 4 times per week for 3 months before my wedding and I was very toned, very quickly I loved it.
I keep telling myself I have to do it again but I'm not motivated anymore.
