implantation can occur anywhere between 6-12dpo.

Is that we will get BFN's anytime before 6DPO even if we have conceived? Because there was no implantation?
So being that today, I am 6DPO...I could still have had a successful month with no implantation yet?

Yup. HCG is not produced until after implantation. So the egg and sperm meet and then travel down the tubes an hang out unti they implant. After, HCg is produced and THEN you get the BFP. So, most people implant around 10DPO. so that is why so many people don't get BFP's until 12-14 DPO. Now if only I could remember this during the second half of the TWW when all logic goes out the window!!
