what would you do ?
here's my dilemma, please let me know your advise :
I have a job I started 8 months ago. I absolutely hate it. Everyday is misery, some are tolerable but still misery. My position is a meaningless job. It was sold to me as an accountant position, but it has turned out to be data entry.HOWEVER, it does come with a nice salary, nice pension and 50k of IVF and IUI coverage.
I have an interview tomorrow for a position that would pay substantially more.
Being that I have had 2 miscarriages, would you stay at the job you hated just in case you need that IVF insurance ? Or get out and find something that makes you happy ?

I wouldn't work somewhere that made me miserable. Think about all of the stress & unhappiness you are harboring....this does not exactly make for a ideal pregnancy either. I would bail ASAP if you can. You'll likely be more apt to get pregnant when you are working some place that makes you happy.

Maybe the stress is causing your problem. I would leave, you need to be happy and the added pay will come in handy when the little one arrives

I'd be out! I couldn't do it! I take my hat off to you for doing it for as long as you have. Everything will work itself out and YOU need to put YOU first!!!

Life is too short to stay in a job you hate-- make sure you ask all the right questions on the interview so you can fully assess if it would be a good move for you.

Re: what would you do ?
I would definately move on to a position that you were happier with. I worked a job where I was completely miserable everyday but I stayed for the perks. One day I had enough and quit. Since then I work for a great company with an eighth of the stress, better salary and a much more relaxed environment. I cannot tell you the difference it has made in my life professionally and personally. You spend more time at work than with your family, you should at least enjoy it a little bit...
