when you are o'ing...
Is it enough to BD once a day during your High and O days, or should it be much more?
My CBEFM just came last night so I'm in question mode.

They say you should BD at least 1x during your "high" days. Then definitely on both peak days. And you can also BD the high day following the 2 peak, since there's a chance you're still fertile at that time.

as long as DH doesn't have sperm number issues the more you BD the greater teh chance. I would BD today, tomorrow and the nexxt day for good measure if you can!
