i forgot i was pregnant and ate.....
1/2 a turkey wrap. did anyone accidentally eat cold cuts here and there. I could just shoot myself.....

My doc said they were fine as long as they were from a reputable place (I always get Boars Head)

I have had cheese and refrigerated smoked white fish. Hey, if I figure if don't feel ill after eating it then the baby will be fine.

I have no idea where it is from b/c someone in my office brought in a tray of wraps. I know i will be fine but.... u can imagine my surprise when i remembered i was 8 weeks pregnant and need to be more careful. I am a paranoid 1st timer preggers so it was so funny to me that I actually forgot i was pregnant.

cold cuts are not that evil.... they're only questionable if they came from a  shop. Any place with high turn-over and you'll be fine.
I eat ham constantly... although I DO usually heat the meat before sandwich assembly begins.

You will be fine! One time isn't going to hurt you or the baby.
The risk is listeria which can harbor in the meats or on the machines. So, even if there is high turnover, it really comes down to the hygiene of the deli. If you heat them then you're 100% okay. If not there is some risk.
Here is the link from the FDA on Listeria and cold cuts. Towards the bottom under "don't eat" they say you should heat them. My OB said the same thing. FDA's Pregnancy List
