We're you ever in a play?

Ok, I took this question off of a survey on MySpace..
In elementary school I was in:
The Wizard Of Oz
The Sound of Music
The Pied Piper.

When I got to JR. High, I was "shy" and didnt try out.. should have tho..I probably would've enjoyed it.

I didn't do any elem or jr high, but I was in all the H.S. musicals.

IN elementary school I was in ANNIE
In HS I was in Bye Bye Birdie, 42nd St as Maggie, Anything Goes as Charity.

I was in Long Island Musical theatre Comp.

In elementary school I was in:
The Cookie Lady
The Azamagooths and Chiselwinks (we went from The Wizard of Oz the previous year-when I was too young try out- to this crap)
I didn't have any stage fright at all in elementary school and had one of the leads in The Cookie Lady. Once I got to middle school, I became self conscience (I still get nervous speaking in front of people).

Oh wow, yes. I was in so many school plays, it was ridiculous. let's see...

In 4th and 5th grade I did plays at the local library. We did them based on children's books. Can't remember all of them, but one time we did The Rainbow Fish.

6th grade- Oliver
7th grade-Wizard of Oz
8th grade-Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
9th-Hello Dolly
10th-My Fair Lady
11th-Anything Goes
12th-The Pajama game

Plus I did Drama Club in 12th grade and I did a few pays with them.

I was a music theatre junkie in high school. I was in all of the musicals we did.

i was in a bunch.... but my favorite was was in 1st grade when i was Miss Piggy in Muppets Take Manhattan

I was in them all through school and I am still pursuing a career in theatre. Some shows I've done.

In elementary school...

and in the 8th grade the entire class does a musical mix from various threads..
I was in the Grease one and Big Spender

I was a dancer/chorus in Anything Goes, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Camelot.

And I was Queen Aggravain in Once Upon A Mattress my senior year of High School.

i was in a ZILLION sketches from made up ones to ones taken fomr such shows like the odd couple to AbFab!

as far as plays i was in Wizard of Oz in middle school

and i was in another i forget the anme

and i played "Alice" in a musical verison of "Alice in Wonderland"

I've only been in musicals, but I'll include that in this category. I was in the premiere production of Goin' Buggy in fifth grade , a stage production of the King and I when I was 8 (I was a princess), then in the Music Man when I was 12. And I hate musicals.
Go figure.
I'm the musical director for one every spring now at my school.

In elementary school I was in our 6th grade musical of Bye Bye Birdie- I was Rosie- that was my 2 hours of fame! I felt like a star!

I was also in an MLK play (I was a narrator)and Rip Van Winkle (I was an old woman) when I was in earlier elementary grades.

5th grade - Bye bye Birdie.
I took acting lessons when I was 12 and I was in a few plays then.

I was also a "drama major" at my junior high, so we did shows ever year, including Anything Goes in 8th Grade.

In HS, I was involved in SING, which was a competition between the grades in which the students wrote the show. I did that sophomore, junior, and senior year. (co-wrote the junior year show)
