YESSS!!! thats right near my BFs house... green tea latte with soy milk all the time .. mmm i could go for one right now.. :)
i was excited when Ralphs came but this is better.. the only problem i see is the traffic.. its getting pretty stuffy at that corner

ITA. I can only imagine the people trying to make a left turn out of there onto Old Nichols.  I'm happy about the Starbucks, but it's congested enough there during rush hour.

That's the new building that is almost done? I think a bank is going in there, too. If traffic gets really bad, at least I know the backroads around that intersection....

It's the Bank of Smithtown on the right when you are facing it, and Starbuck's on the left. There was a sign up that the Starbuck's will have a drive through, which is nice...

I dont know if this is a good thing for me or not...It's part of my "walking" route..it's hard enough getting past Ralphs as it is.. ...
I heard the rumor months and months ago and I just saw the sign last week....We've got the Bank Of Smithtown and Starbucks..I wonder what else is going in there?
