Eh...not really loving this dress...and I definitely wouldn't wear it to a 1st birthday party...seems way to dressy for an event like that...unless the party is like a wedding...but, still I think there are nicer dresses out there that could fit a graduation/1st birthday/engagement party.
I think the shoes she's wearing with that dress are also throwing me off because I don't think a sandal like that looks good with that type of dress...even if you are a 6' beautiful model...
