strange laptoop question
do you think it's bad to sit with a laptop bc it's so close to our stomachs? I wonder if there is radiation or anything bad about this....

No it shouldn't. I know it is bad for men. Gives them low sperm count because the laptop heats up, then heats up their 'soldiers'.

I don't know if its bad or not - but I tried not to do that when I was pregnant. I either propped it on pillows or made sure I put it on a desk or table. Then again, I was aso a freak about not standind in front of the microwave when it was on

Computers definitely do omit radiation but they say there is no known harm to the baby. I worry about this as well, because I'm in front of one all day long! There's a certain distance they say you should try and sit from them, I read it in one of the pregnancy books. I just pushed mine further away from me on my desk.

I've heard its bad more so for men, b/c the heat can lower their sperm count...not sure about woman....but I haven't used my laptop since getting pregnant.

i used to sit with it on my belly, i think DD would get hot because she would start moving around a lot.
