Re: WW girls I need HELP!!!!!!!!

What kinds of food do you like to eat?

I've been eating a lot of salad..some great stir frys.

For a snack I have an apple (1-2 points) and a string cheese 1 point.

Haagen Dazs has awesome sorbet and frozen yogurt bars which are so refreshing for only 2 points.

You can use morningstar veggie crumbles with taco seasoning and low fat cheese to make tacos...try to get tortillas that are 1 point each, or even use half of a while wheat pita instead to save on points and get more fiber and nutrition with less fat.

breakfast..one egg with one egg white added 2 points
with low fat cheese 1 point
on a WW english muffin 1 point...an egg mcmuffin for 4 points! You can add a veggie sausange pattie for 1 more point!

I am loving turkey hill diet green tea...yum !

Black beans are great with salsa on brown rice or in a tortilla and I thinki they're 1 point for 1/2 cup!

You should try the mini rice cakes. They have sour cream and onion, cheddar etc...
I also saw at the price club this week, whitman candy has a bag of candy with weight watchers emblem. Each piece is like 1 point.
Maybe bake some apples as a snack.

Re: WW girls I need HELP!!!!!!!!

These all sound like great suggestions but I should have mentioned earlier I am on Core I don't think I can have the rice cakes or pretzels or low fat cheese I think this why I am having a problem finding things to eat.

Capt. ~ I would do it the way you suggest but I cannot figure out how to link another topic.

Core snacks

fruit
oatmeal
fiber one or shredded wheat with milk
ff sf pudding
jello

and you can have some of the things that the other ladies mentioned but you know you have to count points

I am still trying to figure out the core thing myself!
