Dr said everything looks good...
DH and I went for a follow up sono for me this morning. I still have around 10 small follicles on each ovary, but they've decreased and any that were mature, or near mature are gone.
I talked w/ him about ovarian drilling, which honestly, I'm completely against. Then we spoke about IVF and the fact that we have no coverage, and then the fact that his office has no grants available to them.
This wasn't my dr- it was the senior partner, but he told me to explore all of my options, including looking at what opportunities may be available to us thru another IVF place.  I don't feel quite so bad now- even though I still haven't spoken to MY dr directly. I know that even though this is their business, that they're human, and want us to have the outcome we've been trying for, while still being able to afford it. 
He sent me to get bloodwork done after my appointment and I told the lab tech that always draws my blood that today might possibly be the last time she sees me, because if I go to a different dr, the one I'm looking at draws their own patients... and she gave me this huge hug, wished me luck and told me I have to come back and show her how cute I look once I get pg. 
I am feeling really postive again today!!

glad you're feeling better!
I don't think your doctor will feel hurt that you are going someplace else. I know you've been seeing him a long time, but you've also been trying to get pregnant for a long time too, and you he will understand that you have to do what you have to do to achieve a pregnancy.

Glad you're feeling better. You should explore all of your options and hopefully, a new doctor will help you get grants, etc.
