Me too..I'm cautiously optimistic. I don't want to fool myself either. I waited a long time to be ready for a child..I'm not even sure I'll ever really be ready, but now that the clock is ticking very loudly, I don't want to have any regrets. I told DH he has to go work for Verizon because they have an excellent IVF benefit..
