AGreed - last night wasn't that great - but you know what - the week before...absolutely hilarious - so I'm good for another three episodes of "nothing."
To the OP - I don't think they'll get engaged at all - I think something will happen to tear them apart...the storyline will get dull with them being "happy" in love, etc.

ITA agree with this. I'm just waiting for the rug to be pulled out from under Jim and Pam... something is going to go down in the next weeks.

I couldn't disagree more about last night's episode. I thought it was the funniest of the season by far.
My favorite episodes are when they use the supporting cast more. Stanley is one of my favorites and he was SHINING last night.. as was Phyllis in the beginning.
Daryl with the gang talk?? HILARIOUS!
Kevin with the librarian comments? LOVED IT!
Hands down, best of th season, IMO.
The Ryan/Jim story, however, was weird and uncomfortable.
Im totally sick of Pam and Jim too.

if something happens to Jim and Pam it'll be b/c of what Ryan said, I think. I kinda liked last night's episode more than last week's. I always watch the reruns on tbs.

I liked last night's episode too - I had a long day at work and didn't get home until 10pm so I sat right down and watched it on DVR.
I loved the face print in the cement.
The Mad Libs
Dwight re-selling Andy's car!
I like Jim and Pam together. I was concerned in the beginning if the show would still be funny with them together and it is.

Last night was OK. But Hands down the "dinner party" episode made up for the writer's strike, and the last two ehhh episodes. That one was THE BEST EPISODE EVER!!!
