I could not even imagine wearing a bra to bed, mine comes off the minute I walk in the door from work.

Sleep with underwire digging into me...not thank you!

I rather a little sagging if that's the price to pay for comfort.

The truth is sagginess and the elasticity of your breast tissue is genetic.

I have a tiny A cup chest, so I can't see gravity having that big of an effect.

Re: no bra to bed

After months and months of wearing a nursing bra and pads to bed, I am so happy to go to bed in my birthday suit these days.

No bra on the planet could possilbly fix my sagginess.

I always have one on when I am awake...I want DH to know he is married to a 29 year old and not a 92 year old.

Re: no bra to bed

no bra to bed..

I've fallen asleep in my clothes before but somehow in the middle of the night everything comes off.

I don't think I could sleep straight through with it on.

I have never slept in a bra and honestly, I don't know if I could. I don't take it off when I get home, it comes off right before I go to bed.

Re: no bra to bed

Definitely no bra to bed, I don't care about the consequences. My girls need to breathe at night!

Re: no bra to bed

I have never slept in a bra. I think it would be very uncomfortable. I am small chested so I do not think wearing a bra to bed would make a difference in terms of sagging, etc

Re: no bra to bed

I've never slept in a bra. Bras don't bother me--I keep one on until I change into my pajamas at night, but I can't imagine wearing one to bed.

However, now that I'm pregnant, my boobs are KILLING me, and I've actually been thinking about investing in some wire-free sleep bras. When I take my bra off at night, my boobs just ache. Chat Icon

Re: no bra to bed

I don't wear a bra to sleep. I just find it uncomfortable. Even hanging out at home I usually don't wear one.
