You are right. I am going to edit...It's not a debate...I re read the whole thread...I don't remember it being disucssed back then..

This will just never die will it. Again, I love dogs, but i agree they should not be in stores, but not because there is food there and they are "unsanitary?" We dog owners have food in our houses and I have not gotten any cooties from my dog that I wouldnt get from anywhere else some dirty human has been. BUT some people are allergic, some people fear dogs and lets face it, some dogs can easily knock over or nip or scratch a child. My dog is big, very gentle, but his form of "playing" can easily knock a child over. So i make sure I keep him where he is supposed to be so he is safe and others are as well. He loves kids but I make sure he doesnt jump on them or unknowingly play too rough.
