Skinny Heels, becoming slanted.
Does this happen to anyone? It is so frustrating. All of my heels get this worn down slant to them.
Do I have a funny walk or something?

I have the some problem with stilettos. I think it is due to how we walk. If it is bothering you go to a shoe repair place and get new lifts. They are usually just a few dollars.

Yes. It has happened to me. It has to do with how you walk, but everyone will have their shoes wear in some spot, so it does not mean you walk funny, IMO.

All of my shoes wear to one side. That's why I have to buy new boots, sandals, etc every year

Re: Skinny Heels, becoming slanted.
I know for a fact that my feet turn out when I walk and I'm more likely to twist an ankle when I walk. That is what my physical therapist told me. So, both of my heels always wear away so they are slanted.

Same here. It's like I walk around in first position all the time.

Re: Skinny Heels, becoming slanted.
yes, my right heel gets much more slanted then my left. Its just the way you walk. I usually have to have my right shoe reheeled twice as often as my left.

Re: Skinny Heels, becoming slanted.
yup - always wear to a slant.
bring them to a shoe maker - he will put new tips on them. also - my shoemaker polishes my boots and makes them look brand new - all for the whopping price of $7. totally worth it.
