DIRosa hair salon on hempstead turnpike in franklin square does it. they have one girl there that does it. there is always a wait, she is so good though. you even see men waiting there to get their eyebrows done.

I second that.. her name is sara. she is amazing.. I go there to get my highlights and get my threading done there as well!!! 488-8038 is the number. Good luck!
