I work 7p to 7am as a RN i dont get out till almost 930 some mornings due to managament duties. When do you test using OPK and HPT? what are you considering FMU for hpt and late afternoon urine for OPK. I have been testing for OPK at 330 or 4 when i wake up prior to going to work. and HPT as soon as i get home from work considering i dont usually have the oppurtunity to PEE at work. Im just curious because i know working nites plays hell on your body and i am convinced its interfering with my TTC process. Thanks in advance for any advice you girls have
