I like to get stuff from sephora. You can get a Bliss package from Macy's with a gift receipt, so if she wants, she can return it and get something from Macys. Where you work, it would be a great, convenient gift.

We usually do flowers here. They seem to like having a nice bouquet to display on their desks.
