Has anyone ever wondered,
If your dog could talk, what thier voice would sound like.
Porter, i picture him as this French Painter type guy, all he needs is a red barret and a cigar, and Lucky, I picture him having this cute little high pitched french voice. They both look french to me so i picture them with french voices. Anyone else ever wonder or am i the only one who thinks of these things?

OMG!
Dh and I say this all the time. Then we proceed to talk in the voices we THINK our dogs would sound like, for them.
So no, you are not the only one! LOL

DH and I do this as well
Lilly tends to whine a bit and when she does, we mimic her whining but put words in the whine's place - "No one's doooooooowwwwwwwwnnnnn heeeeeeeeere with meeeeeeeeeeeeee" (when she's alone downstairs and wants attention)

I always wonder what Bella would sound like. Whenever I "imitate" her voice, I make her sound like a female Speedy Gonzales, to which DH reminds me she came from Missouri, not Mexico!!!

DH talks for Misty all the time...apparently she has a slightly high pitched voice with a little bit of a whine to it.....He even moves the bottom of her mouth sometimes so she knows she's talking!!!

Haha i do that to Lucky all the time. And he looks at me like i have 6 heads. Makes me also wonder what these dogs think about us.

OMG we do this too... in our house, our cat alfie sounds like cartman from south park because when he "talks" it sounds just like "maaaaaaa" the way cartman says it
