I look at it this way, at least you are going through the mail once a week.

There are weeks that we just pile it up and move it to the desk in the office where it sits for a few more days until we finally look through it.

We're so bad. I talk about getting some sort of "organizer" for the desk in the office so that we can keep better track of things and not have it pile up, but the idea of tackling this task wares me out alone!

Our mail collects in 3 spots:

1. The top of the microwave is for important bills (mortgage, car loans, etc.) until they get paid and filed away.

2. The top of the washing machine is for magazines, coupons, store flyers, and all of the other stuff we think we want to look through.

3. The kitchen table is for the rest of the junk mail and everything else that we can't figure out where to put.

Just pledge or fantastick it after dinner. It only takes a minute.

If we ever actually ate at the table, maybe that would apply.
Since we are forever eating in front of the tv....does not apply!
