Re: What are the PERKS of your or DH/SO's job?
For me: a month and half off in summer and holiday breaks Certain discounts at places through my union
For Dh: Playing golf at some of the best courses in America for free Expensive dinners out gratis Lots of frequent flyer miles Free car and gas Free internet since his office in our house Family medical benefits for $5 with Cigna- Definately my favorite since it would have cost us $500 through my job Getting to entertain for work

Re: What are the PERKS of your or DH/SO's job?
Me:
Previous job - not giving the name of the company away but let's just say a major house bill is much less than normal because I have employee pricing even though I don't work there anymore.
My current job:
Free medical/dental for myself and DH Although I wouldn't call it a 'perk' per se, I work 15 minutes from home and get out at 4:30 which I love.
DH's job:
$$$$$$$$$$$ But I don't see him much and he works weekends a lot too now. I want to give back a few thousand for some more quality time with him.

Re: What are the PERKS of your or DH/SO's job?
nothing extravagant.
DH is a cop so the only thing that matters to me is health insurance! i went 4 years without it. he also gets discounts at different types of places like the gym, travel agents, etc
i get a discount at an uber cool restaurant in manhattan
and for my other job, i get into disney world 365 days a week, gets my family members in 12 times a year, 60% off hotels, 20-50% off food and restaurants, etc.

Re: What are the PERKS of your or DH/SO's job?
DH: Lots of discounts on things from cell phone bills to new cars, etc. Flexible schedule that allows him to be home all day with Ava. He gets to go to the lame MTV Christmas party in the city and drink all he can. Whoopty do. I always know what's going to be on cable tv beforehand. Another Whoopty do.
Me: Summers off. I get to spend my days making and playing music.

Re: What are the PERKS of your or DH/SO's job?
my DH has no materialistic "perks' although he has often said he'd be worth to me more dead than alive - i think thats a crock. i knew i wasn't marrying money or perks and my biggest perk is having a wonderful, honest, fantastic man as a husband and father to my DC and i'm crazy about him. NOTHING can ever replace that. he's not perfect but neither am i
