Question for anyone that works in HR
Is the word enabling used alot in HR? I heard someone say it's a term that's used often in HR.. Is this true?

Ha, I knew it.. someone was covering for someone else here who works pt in HR becaseu they said another co-worker was "enabling " them.. so , she's telling us, oh it's an HR term....
