Headaches...
Been going through daily headaches since last week - accompanying what I think is a sinus infection. I took 1 Tylenol regular strength, and that did NOTHING for me.
Just wondering what you guys have done for relief.

I had headaches for days sometimes and it was awful.
You're allowed to take 2 regular strength tylenol, as well as regular Sudafed (the red pill).

I spoke to my doctor about my migraines the other day because I've been getting horrible headaches for days at a time.
She told me that I can take Excedrin Migraine - limited to one a week. She also said that I should take it as soon as the headache is coming on because if I wait too long (as most preggos do), then it won't work.
I finally took one on Saturday and I feel like a new person. My DH couldn't believe the transformation in me. I was so much happier and had energy.
Oh and she also told me about a daily supplement of vitamins that is supposed to prevent headaches. She said to take magnesium glycinate (200mg) and a B6 vitamin (25 mg) three times a day.
But, I would definitely ask your doctor before taking anything new.

Oh Man, I too suffered from horrible Headaches, I took tylenol and switched between cold compresses and warm compresses on my forehead. It is horrible! I hope you feel better soon

I had headaches too but mine were from cutting out caffeine so I reinstated one cup of tea into my daily menu at lunch time and I am fine now. Did you cut out caffeine cold turkey?

When I have a bad headache I take 2 tylenol and wash it down w/ a can of coke. Thanks Colleen

I was getting horrible headaches too, it was because I cut out caffiene cold turkey.
Tylenol has never helped me. So the dr said I can have limited caffiene throughout the day.

I don't drink coffee, so they're not brought on by that for me.

I just had the worst headache before and I'm at work. I had a shot of regular coffee and that did the trick.

I get them every day for the past week. I take an extra strength tylenol and put a cold pack on my head and that really helps :)

I had a couple of really bad headaches in the beginning. I think it was from caffeine withdrawal. I muddled through it and they stopped rather quickly.

I've been suffering from terrible headaches for about two weeks now and tylenol and ice were just not cutting it. My ob wrote me a script for Fiornel. It helps!

I had them every other day for a week around 12 weeks then again every day for 10 days in a row around week 17-18. My OB said I could take 2 regular strength Tylenol, but most likely it was just that phase in my pregnancy. He was right! I've barely had any kind of headache since!

for me, 95% of the time my headaches are caused by dehydration...
before popping a pill, drink a liter of water, and see if that works....
