The company I work for was sold

Friday afternoon we had an urget meeting and the CEO and his wife (the VP) announced that the guy who is the COO is taking over and is the new President and CEO. Of course staff had a million and one questions and they were all dodged. They also said that we would announce this new information to the field later in a week. We need to get the internal transition in place before we do an external announcement.

Well one of our big leaders knows about this and sent out an Urgent emailt o everyone that the company was sold. I happen to get the phone call and said it is completely false. It's a rumor.

Well I find out that the the person who is our new President and CEO in fact did buy the company.

So now an urgent press release is being sent out. Their are still a million and one questions and I just dont have faith in the direction of how we are going. I just need to hold out until September. Once little baby boy comes I am going out on permanent maternity leave

I know it's been a rollercoaster for you with work for awhile...and am sending good thoughts that things will not be figured out until September

Thanks. It's definately been a rollarcoaster. I feel like saying Hey I'm pregnant I am not allowed to ride rollarcoasters
